Day 2
Antimony Includes daily car rental. Depending on your scheduled activities, today you may go for a trail ride. You will start by saddling your steed or mare and finish by brushing and feeding it upon returning. Or, try your hand at some arena activities such as learning how to barrel race, pole bend, or enjoy some other fun Cowboy Games such as sheep dressing, calf chase, and water relay. Take a roping clinic and learn time proven techniques from seasoned cowboys who will make sure you rope your first calf head. To cool off in the afternoons, during the summer months, take a dip in the old swimming pond in your t-shirt and cutoffs, or grab a tube and take a fast-paced run down the river. A staff member will drop you off under the towering trees on the bank of the river, and then pick you up later at a designated spot downstream. Maybe you want to try the age-old sport of kings, archery, or hike a nearby trail. In the evening, after yet another great home-cooked meal, get ready for the foot stompin’ fun of line dancing in the great room. Group lessons to learn the steps are provided.
