Itinerary

Day 1 New York City

New York City, the biggest city in the United States, lies at the mouth of the Hudson River in the southern most part of the state, which is part of the Mid-Atlantic region of the USA. New York City consists of five boroughs, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Each borough has a unique culture and could be a large city in its own right. Visitors to Manhattan usually divide their time between Downtown (Wall St, Liberty Island ferry, Chinatown, SoHo, East Village), Midtown (Times Square, Theatres, Empire State, 5th Ave stores, Chelsea, Gramercy), and Uptown (Central Park, Upper East Side museums, Harlem, Upper West cafes).

Upon confirmation of your trip, you will be sent a package with details of your trip.

Enjoy a meet and greet at the airport and a transfer to your awaiting cruise ship in the port.

Enjoy a half day (4 hrs) private tour into the inside world of the fashion scene in New York City! Accompanied by a veteran Fashionista, you will be brought to many different private showrooms that are not open to the public where you will have the opportunity to purchase current season designer clothes & accessories at wholesale prices and below. The Designer studios are working studios, so you will often get to meet the Designers themselves and see them at work. If you are interested in fashion and trends, this is a fascinating insight into this world in the heart of the garment District in NYC. Since Designers are always at least a season ahead, you can get a great heads up on what will be coming to the retail sector for the next season.

Get ready for a New York City Jazz club experience! You will be picked up at your hotel this evening, and enjoy a leisurely ride through lower Manhattan. You will dine in one of New York's most popular Village bistros, and later enjoy live jazz music entertainment at the Blue Note Club. (drinks not included)
After the show, hop back in your limo and you will be returned to your New York City hotel.

Striking the balance between its storied past and limitless future, The Plaza Hotel in New York City – the ultimate luxury lifestyle destination – has emerged from a recent $400 million transformation to reflect a new and contemporary spirit. While traditions remain, such as the opulent grandeur of the Beaux Arts décor and the superb ambience of the legendary Oak Room and Oak Bar, exciting new offerings at The Plaza Hotel New York include the elegant Champagne Bar and stylish Rose Club, as well as an interior Tranquility Garden with reflecting pools, elaborate lighting and exotic foliage. From the elegant décor to the impeccable white glove service, The Plaza is an extraordinary hotel that offers every indulgence. Each elegantly appointed guest room features a bathroom designed to provide a soothing setting for respite and relaxation. The Plaza has the extraordinary honor of being the first hotel in the world to have 24-carat gold plated Sherle Wagner designed sinks and fixtures.
