The Masters golf tournament is billed as “a tradition unlike any other,” and a 2010 Masters travel package is sure to be an experience unlike any other. If you want to be there at Augusta National Golf Club, we can make it happen. Walk alongside the best golfers in the world on the final tournament day; celebrate victory in the VIP Hospitality lounge; then retire to the elegant Ritz Carlton Plantation and enjoy a day at leisure on the beautiful property.

The tour includes one nights Apr 10 at the Ritz Carlton Buckhead (downtown Atlanta) and Apr 11 at the Ritz Carlton, Reynolds Plantation (in Greensboro near Augusta), and a Patron's Badge for the Sunday round of the Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club (pick up badge from the Kensington/Horizon desk at the hotel on the evening of Apr 10). Patron's Badge includes valet parking at the Augusta National Golf Club, plus access to a VIP Hospitality tent with meals for the day.

Note: We strongly recommend hiring a rental car for the event, to get from the airport to the hotel, to the event, and back to the airport.

Itinerary

Day 1 Greensboro

Greensboro is a golf and lake community located between Atlanta and Augusta, Georgia. The community features the Reynolds Plantation, located within Greene and Putnam counties, which features 117 holes of golf and is also home to a golf academy. Reynolds Plantation has six golf courses designed by Bob Cupp, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Fazio, Rees Jones and Pete Dye.  The courses at Reynolds Plantation have been recognized by Golf Digest, Golf Magazine and other national golf and lifestyle publications as some of the top courses in the United States.

Welcome to Atlanta airport.  Make your own way to the Buckhead hotel which is a short cab ride from the airport (approximately 30 minutes).

You will be provided with a pre-departure package which will include all necessary information that you will need for your trip including materials such as vouchers, maps, train tickets (if relevant) etc.

Enjoy a private airport transfer to Cuscowilla Golf Resort. Upon your arrival take some time to check in and explore the natural grounds. We recommend dining tonight at the highly acclaimed Waterside Restaurant, located on Lake Oconee in the heart of Cuscowilla, has an atmosphere of casual elegance that encourages you to relax while choosing from the exquisite menu that offers fine dining.

Cuscowilla Golf Resort on Lake Oconee is ideally located just 70 miles east of Atlanta in Georgia’s Lake Country. Cuscowilla is conveniently positioned 90 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Whether you choose to stay at one of their charming Golf Cottages, nestled between the 2nd and 18th fairways, their extraordinary Lake Villas with full-size porches overlooking the lake, or Mediterranean style Lodge Villas, you’re sure to find Cuscowilla the perfect place for family reunions or intimate getaways. More than just “great golf” with something for everyone - young and old. Enjoy fishing on the lake, tennis and afternoon strolls through their meadows along winding walking tails. Watch the sun rise or melt into the lake while you lose yourself in a favorite book. Relax over dinner at the Waterside Restaurant, or a casual drink and meal at the Golf House Grill.

Day 2 Greensboro

Disembark at our hospitality facility (a classic southern-style mansion just around the corner from the main gates) for a brief orientation. Spend the rest of the day following your favorite world-class golfers across the pristine contours of the emerald course as they pursue the hallowed green jacket. Whether you stake out the action at Amen Corner, take refuge under the towering pines at the 16th, or brave the crowds around the 18th to watch the final putt, we guarantee that it will be the experience of a lifetime. At the end of the day, make your way back to our hospitality facilities to escape the crowds and enjoy a bounty of food and refreshments at our constantly changing buffet. The plentiful array of fresh seafood, grilled meats, sandwiches on home-baked breads, local cheeses and an ongoing open bar is sure to satisfy even the most enthusiastic appetite. All beverages and meals are included in the cost.

Take advantage of Valet Parking at the Hospitality Club, and the services of our onsite Staff to assist with your needs.

Upon arrival in Augusta you will receive an official chair as a souvenir that you can use to stake out your preferred spot.
