Zadar is a Croatian city located between Rijeka and Split, not far away from Sibenik. A town that's a few thousand years old, it was the capital of Dalmatia for many centuries. The pre-Romanesque Church of St. Donat dates back to the ninth century, and it is certainly Zadar's most famous spot.

Dubrovnik is a Croatian city on the Adriatic Sea coast, positioned at the terminal end of the Isthmus of Dubrovnik.
