Day 1
Nairobi Includes Flying Doctors air ambulance emergency evacuation to Nairobi in the event of serious illness. Kensington Tours donates a portion of our proceeds to our charitable initiative www.kensingtoncares.com which supports education-based initiatives in disadvantaged communities. Airport transfer with private vehicle and guide. Owned and operated by Fairview Hotel, Country Lodge offers modern accomodations at reasonable prices. Located in quite Upperhill, relax in the gardens or take advantage of gym facilities and local restaurants. Rest in comfort and security at this lovely location. Nairobi is the least expensive arrival city for flights with a full range of hotels and local attractions. Dubbed the “Safari Capital of the World” cool, clear and cosmopolitan Nairobi is the natural departure point for most safari itineraries. A city of contrasts, it is simultaneously the largest, the youngest, the most modern, the highest (1700m) and the fastest growing city in East Africa. High-altitude Nairobi enjoys a pleasant tropical climate all year round. There are ATMs and banks to stock up on cash, great restaurants, and malls where you can purchase any forgotten items.

Day 2
Nairobi - Amboseli Transfer between Nairobi and Amboseli park by road. Includes stops at souvenir shops and refreshment stands. The drive is between 3-4 hours. Enjoy lunch (included in tour price). This afternoon you'll meet up with your guide and head out into Amboseli National Park. The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants. On a clear day, you'll also have spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world.
Enjoy dinner (included in tour price). In the heart of Amboseli National Park, touching the shadow of Mount Kilimanjaro, the Amboseli Serena Lodge lays its home. The 92 rooms are all equipped with en suite bathrooms and stunning views. Dining offers local cuisine and a choice of continental dishes, while specialty meals allow guests to get in touch with the environment. Take advantage of the game drives, where incredible beasts such as lions, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, baboons, gazelle hippos and wildebeest spend their day in front of your eyes. Amboseli National Park, is 260 km (160 mi) south of Nairobi, on the Kenya and Tanzania border. It is most famous for its spectacular views of Kilimanjaro. The park protects two of the five main swamps, and includes a dried-up Pleistocene lake and semi-arid vegetation. Day 3
Amboseli - Tsavo This morning you'll head to Tsavo National Park by road. Part of the transfer is done by armed Convoy which only depart at certain times. The drive is between 2-3 hours. Enjoy lunch (included in tour price). Enjoy afternoon game viewing with your skilled guide. Enjoy dinner (included in tour price). Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge is bound by volcanic momentum, with a full a distant view of Kilimanjaro , with a busy water hole at its side acting as a meeting place for throngs of wildlife and plains game. There are 51 standard rooms and 5 suites, each positioned with a glaring view of the world-renowned Kilimanjaro. Even the dining and lounging areas are poised in this direction, with the surrounding grasslands also providing views of roaming species. Here, you may be seated with a number of cocktails or wines while savoring the multiethnic cuisine whipped up daily, when an elephant may pass by in your midst. The lodge helps organize daily activities which put you in touch with these animals, from bush walks to bird watching and night drives.The pool is a welcome relief in this dry savannah. Tsavo East National Park is one of the oldest and largest parks in Kenya at 11,747 square kilometers. Opened in April of 1948, it is located near the village of Voi in the Taita District of Coast Province. The park is divided into east and west sections by the A109 road and a railway. Named for the Tsavo River, which flows west to east through the national park, it borders the Chyulu Hills National Park, and the Mkomazi Game Reserve in Tanzania. Tsavo is perfectly situated on the way to Mombasa, and is a great complement to Amboseli. However, the sheer size of the park can make game viewing a drawn out affair.

Day 4
Tsavo - Mombasa Morning game drive as you pass through the national park. Continue south on the newly paved highway to Mombasa town, then along the coast to your resort. Relax by the warm ocean on a broad sandy beach. Enjoy dinner (included in tour price). Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa is considered one of the most indulgent venues on the East African Coast, favoured for its breezy location and infinite facilities. The 338 rooms offer deluxe features and the latest in modern necessities, while catering to all living standards. Dining is a special occasion, where each restaurant and bar is a treat for the active appetite. From buffets to a la carte meals, prepare for indecision of the most delectable sort. Later, grab a cocktail at the bar and breathe the fresh air. A band regularly performs with jazz, top forty, and African pop. If you’re lucky, the Karaoke bar will be going strong. It is host to the resort’s most fun-filled nights. The next morning, take in a water aerobics class and stretch out for another lively day at Whitesands. The flight duration is approximately 1 hour. Airport transfer with private vehicle and guide. Before leaving that night, stop by the kensington office for free use of internet, lounge, showers and drinks. (We can arrange dinner at Carnivore game meat restaurant, though there is limited wild meat on the menu these days - please let us know in advance and if you are veg.) Depart from Nairobi international airport - end of itinerary.

Trip Terms & Conditions
- Your deposit is due immediately on booking (30% of program price). The balance is due 90 days prior to departure. We accept payment via credit card, certified check, wire transfer or money order.
- The price shown is per person, and does not include international air fare to/from the trip start point
- Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client.
- We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes. We will endeavour to confirm final hotel bookings as soon as possible.
- Cancellations 90 days or more prior to departure will receive full refund less any non-refundable paid fees (e.g. non-refundable cruise or hotel deposits). 60-89 days will be subject to loss of deposit. 30-59 days will be subject to loss of 50% of program price. 29 days or less will be subject to 100% of program price.
